“B” Guitars 000-12

Here is Number|One. This is my first handcrafted acoustic build. Couldn’t find a 00-17 at a price that worked for me, so I built this. Since it was up to me what it was. I went for something you couldn’t easily find. A 12-fret 000-17. It’s not as simple as a 17 Martin, the body is bound, fretboard and headstock. At the time I was interested in the all mahogany body, it think they are slightly more percussive than spruce top guitars. This one has an ebony fretboard, bridge and headstock overlay, which the 17 Martins didn’t have. The neck is big and round.

I do have to say, it was one of those times when I finished doing something and couldn’t wait to do it again (and again, and again).
