1938 Supro Collegian

Here is a 1938 Supro Collegian. It is basically a National, with a Supro badge. This one has a “C” Series serial number stamped on the headstock. And not the small brass serial number tag tacked to the back of the neck, like most Collegians have. The body is steel and the original bullethole coverplate is steel, too. The original neck was damaged and I replaced it with a fat, custom made mahogany neck with a new 25″ scale rosewood fretboard. It has its original cone and tailpiece and an awesome B•FanaticGuitarworks’ vintage green frosted duco style finish!
